I am missing our Physio Fit Exercise class and its familiar faces. Although we were primarily there to exercise and get physically strong, I gained so much more than that through friendships and sharing the experience with a fantastic group of people. I am sure many of you are feeling the same about the various activities that are temporarily suspended.
One of the elements of the class I particularly enjoy, is when we sit down at the end with a cuppa and a biscuit for our informative discussions. Over the weeks we’ve focussed on bone health, muscle changes, eating well, and many more.
So today, I’m sharing the Healthy Living booklet produced by Age UK. This booklet provides an overview of many of the areas we have talked about. One thing we have more of right now, is time at home. Why not take a few moments to read this information, and think about some small changes you can make to help you improve your healthy living?
